AFTERPARTY

An impression of installation Afterparty I, made by Robert Pennekamp made at YXIElab, the new hotspot for culture in Alkmaar. The exposition was in the formal part of the Museum Hedendaagse Kunst Alkmaar. The theme of the exhibition "La Dolce Vita" is overconsumption and decadence. The installations are made out of recycled and found materials.

I don't want to explain this work. The instlalation asks questions. It is communication. What does it to you? I'am an artist, otherwise I wrote down my message. Maybe you'll think it over., are you touched, are you curious, or does it give you unhappy feelings.
